1. Shipping Locations & Couriers
We ship to all major cities and regions across Saudi Arabia via approved logistics partners (e.g., SMSA, Aramex, SPL). 

2. Processing and Delivery Timelines
* Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official Saudi public holidays).
  * Estimated Delivery Time:
  * Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2–4 business days.
  * Other KSA Regions: 3–7 business days.
  * International Orders: 7–14 business days.

3. Shipping Fees
* Standard domestic shipping fees inside Saudi Arabia are [30 SAR]
* Free shipping applies on domestic orders over [100 SAR].
* Delivery fees are itemized and presented clearly prior to payment checkout.

4. Delivery Delay Guarantee
* We will notify you promptly in the event of any unexpected dispatch delays.
* If delivery is delayed beyond 15 days from the scheduled date (and not caused by customer unavailability or force majeure), you reserve the right to cancel the order for a 100% full refund including shipping fees.
